The Staff sent the Comissioners a memorandum on February 16,1982, indicating that trant of the exemption would exped'.ce construction of CRBR by 15 months. There has been a suggestion at several Comission meetings that this expedited schedule will require Staff review above t
that anticipated in earlier estimates.
Please advise if this is accu-rate and, if so, how many additional people will be required if the Commission were to grant the exemption.
