Dear Mr. Udell:
This is in further response to your letter dated June 21, 1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, nine categories of records generated by present NRC Commissioners, primarily Chairman Palladino and Commissioner Roberts, and the White House.
By letter dated June 21, 1982, we provided a partial response to your request. At this time we are providing our final response, as noted below.
Category one. The records identified on enclosed Appendix B are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR). These records will be filed in folder F01A-82-205 under your name.
Category eight.
During a telephone conversation between you and Linda Robinson on June 23, 1982, in which you were informed that additional records relating to this category identify candidates and potential candidates for the positions listed under category eight of your request, you stated you are not interested in such records.
As a result of your furthering narrowing of the scope of your request, we have no further response with regard to this category.
Category nine. The records identified on enclosed Appendix B are being placed in the PDR in folder F01A-82-205 under your name.
This completes NRC's action on your request.
