Previously, the practice had been to schedule this surveillance as routine. Conditional surveillance items have been reviewed to assure that those items that have become I

routine are scheduled as routine sutveillance r.n6 ccheduling personnel have received clarifying instructions for proper scheduling. As an additional precaution to prevent this from recurring, personnel - viewing schedules will be instructed to compare cairrent due dates to previous performance dates to guard against inadvertent omissions.
