V2318(1B charging i pt:n suction relief)was found to be the source of the leak. The o

lo is i 11eakage was CVCS leakage and not RCS Icakage. Action was taken in 8 Iaccordance with T.S.3.1.2.4 and 1A pump was returned to service in 2 ioia ; i hours and 10 minutes. This is the first LER o'f this type.
