At 0320 in order to prepare to clean the tube side of #11 component cooling heat exchaager, #11 saltwater header was placed out of service. However, while

- purnping saltwater from #11 component cooling heat exchanger to #12 component

' cooling heat exchanger, the drain line on #12 component cooling heat exchanger became loose and began to leak (T.S. 3.7.3.1). # 11 saltwater header was returned to service at 1115.
