Valve 2PR-F was locked closed until valve 2PR-8 was repaired and tested y

operable. The closing of valves 2PR-7 and 2PR-8 isolated radiation monitors g; 2 RIA-47, -48, and -49.

While radiation menitors were out of service, the l

g; requirements of Technical Specification 3.1.6.8 vere met.

Thus, the health and safety oE the public were not affected.
