MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME People of the State of Illinois, by its attorney, Ty'oge g. '

Fahner, Attorney _ General of the State of Illinois, hereby moves the Board for an extension of time within which to file responses to NIPSCO's Third Set of Interrogatories. Responses were due today, July 13, 1981. The interrogatories are all of a technical nature, requiring consultation with others. In addition, during the last two weeks the undersigned attorneys have been out of the office due to illness aad to responsibilities in other cases, thus limiting the time necessary to respond to NIPSCO's interroga-tories. Because NIPSCO's counsel has stated that he does not agree to an extension of time, Illinois respectfully requests that the Boar # grant an extension to July 27, 1981 of the time for filing responses to NIPSCO's interrogatories.
