Dear Mr. burstein:
On Novenber 20, 1980 the Nuclear Legulatory Comission ant a letter to all power reector licensees (except SEP licensees) regarding technical specification revisions for snebber surveillance.
Your response, dated February 19, 1991, stated that yoa had reviewed the current Point Leach Technical Specifications alainst the naterial contained in our November ?'),
letter and found that they adequately addressec our concerns rerardin!

You further stated you do not have any rochanical snubbers on safety related equipnent at Foint Beach, relephone converutions with cambers of your staf f indicated that further infornation unta ned in the Point St h Nuclear Plant orocedures for hydraulic snubber surveillance would provide clarification of your response and help resolve our concerns.
