DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 HYDRAULIC SNUBBER SURVEILLANCE PROCEDURES POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 Your letter dated March 13, 1981 requested that we send you the existing Point Beach Nuclear Plant procedures for hydraulic snubber surveillance and testing.

A copy of procedures PT R-2,

" Hydraulic Snubber Surveillance and Maintenance Program", and PT R-3,

" Unit 1 and Unit 2 Containment Hydraulic Hanger Inspection", were informally transmitted to the NRC during the week of March 9; we are herewith formally transmitting a copy of each of these procedures.
