Your letcer of January 17, 1980, submitted proposed changes to the membership of the Onsite Safety Committee and the Offsite Review Committee for Beaver Valley, Unit No.1.
Our letter of March 25, 1980, requested that you demonstrate that the qualification of the proposeo membership satisfies the ANSI 18.7 requirements for competence and expertise. We have not yet received a response to that request.
ecent discussions with members of your staff have indicated that reorganization of these committees was essentially complete and that the ANSI 18.7 require-ments would be satisfied.
It is requested that the composition and qualifications of the new committees be forwarded within 30 days.
