'de are pleased to hear that the San Luis Obispo Soard of Supervisors voted to draft a radiological emergency response plan. As we indicated in our letter to Congressman Lagomarsino on August 19, we conducted a one-week training course tii Sacramento in Novemcer,1975 on " Radiological Emergency Response Planning in Support of Fixed Nuclear Facilities" which was attended by Mr. George Silva and Mr. Timothy Mazzacano of San Luis Cbispo County, and by Mr. Kenneth Huddelston of the California Parks and Recreation Cepartment in San Luis Obispo County. We strongly suggest that you include these individuals on your team which is preparing the plan A,.

/. questions relative ta this subject.

. Concerning the agreement between Sierra Vista Hospital and Pacific Gas
