AFFIDAVIT OF GORDON BRUNO I, Gordon Bruno, being duly sworn, state under oath the following:

I am a resident of San Luis Obispo County, California, residing at Pecho Ranch.

My residence is located approximately eve mil@'north of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
I live there with my wife.
In addition, my children are frequent visitors to our residence, and there is a family of five, as well as a caretaker, who live close by.

Access to my residence is via a narrow P f9 road which must be traversed at a very slow rate, particularly in wet or foggy weather.
(4)
I have never been provided any instructions by Pacific Gas and Electric Company or by San Luis Obispo County on action or actions that I, or my family, or any persons residing near by should take in the event of a radiological emergency at Diablo Canyon.
