This was a degradation of the requirements of T.S. 3.4.3.

The setpoint of RC-200 was adjusted to 2494 PSIG at 1720 on 10/18/80. While in Mode 4 during performance of STP-M-2-1, at 2330 on 10/18/80, found RC-201 lift setpoint to be 2631 PSIG, 56 PSI above the maximum lift setpoint.

This was a degradation of T.S. 3.4.2.

The setpoint of RC-201 was ad-justed to 2552 PSIG at 0400 on 10/19/80. The redundant RC-200 remained operable during this event. Both PORV's remained operable during these events. These events had no impact on public health or safety, and are non-repeti tive.
