..monitor PI456 readings' for any further anomalies.

At 1655 on 5/1/81 the problen re-curred. The instrumentation loop was placed in test and the transmitter power supply card was replaced. 11 transmitter was re-energized with:the loop in test and closely monitored.for several hours. At approximately 0100 on--5/2/81, PI456 indication reading shifted high out of tolerance. Power was then removed from the transmitter, the transmitter was replaced and the channel returned to service at

- 0740 on 5/2/81.
