e., o i The following steam generator tube plugging report is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 4.4.6.5.a.

During the Unit 2 Cycle III-IV refueling outage, a total of nine tubes were plugged in the 2A steam generator based on eddy current l

testing results. Of these nine tubes, three exceeded the pluggable limit. The remaining six tubes were plugged as a precautionary measure because there was evidence of tube wall degradation.

Additionally, one tube was plugged in the 2B steam generator because an eddy current probe was stuck in the tube. Tube plugging was completed 1-19-85.

The complete results of the steam generator tube inservice inspection.will be reported in accordance with Technical Specification 4.4.6.5.b.
