mented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a subsequent

inspection-of your licensed progra:.i.

Your request for exemption from disclosure of Section 4.'d on page 20 of

Inspection Report 50-334/80-16 has been reviewed.

In accordance with Section

2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title .10, Code of Federal

Regulations, documentation of findings of the control and accounting procedures

for safeguarding special nuclear materials and facility security procedures

are exempt from disclosure; therefore, page 20, Section 4.d, of the inspection

report will not be placed in the Public Document Room.

priately marked replacement pages for your copy of the subject inspection report.

In addition, replacements for pages 20 and 21 for copies of the report pre-

.fously provided your staff (as cc's) are enclosed.

Please destroy the original
