Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented
in your letter. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of
your licensed program.

In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10. Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of the control
and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and facility
security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, Appendix B of your
response letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
