D People of the State of Illinois, by its attorney, TYBNE CS FAHNEQ) \ 4 Attorney General of the State of Illinois, hereby noves the Board for an A

e.t.ension of time within which to file responses to NIPSCD's Second Set of Interrogatories. Cbunsel for NIPSCD previously indicated that he had no objection to the State's filing respcnses on June 3,1981, three weeks .

after their due date. However, as of this ciate it is clear to the under-signed that dditicnal time is nw to adequately respond. 'Ta interroga-tories are all of a technical nature, .% ccmsultaticn with others and the expenditure of sign 2.ficant aucunts of time. Because counsel for NIPS (D has informed the undersigned that he dces not agree to a further extensicn of time, 7114ncis respectfully requests that the Board grant a period of fourteen days fratt this date within which to file respcmses to NIPSCD's Second Set of Interrogatories.
