is ii I I Investigation of the RW pump No. 5 (B Trairt) breaker trip revealed tbat the r, i 2 i l breaker's m 86 lockout relay and 5.0G instantaneous overcurrent relay were gl actuated. No apparent cause could be determined for th'e relay actuations.

l Relays were reset and the pump returned to service at 2322 on 10-31-80.
