This prevented the valve open command p-h Llogic from being satisfied. The contact arm was readjusted to its proper operating [i g, j l position.

The valve was returned to service at 2l00 on 10/20/80 following the

[ i 1.s } l successful performance of 7NP-1-STP-10.3.

This occurrence in considered to be an 7

as isolated event.
