Dear Sir:

The following information is provided in accordance with the reporting requirements of IE Bulletin 79-01B, dated January 14, 1980, and the Order

for Modification of License, dated August 29, 1980, which both deal with environmental qualification of electrical equipment:

1. is Revision K of our 79-01B Master List. This revision incorpo.ates a number of changes resulting from plant inspections conducted to better identify the specific plant equipent to be covered by the bulletin and specific areas subject to harsh environment.
2. contains the written evidence and equipment environmental qualification contained in " Environmental Qualification Work Sheets" as requested by the bulletin.

These revised work sheets incorporate considerable new information obtained from vendors and for the most part completion of our review of equipment qualification test reports against the DOR guidelines (Enclosure 4 of IE Bulletin 79-OlB). In some cases additional qualification
