dated September 19, 1980.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of the control
and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and facility
security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, your response letter
with respect to Appendix B will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
Thank you for informing us'of the corrective and prevc; tive actions documented
in your letter. These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection
of your licensed program.
