_CAUSE DESCRIPTION AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

The particular connector is used within the Westinghouse P-250 computer only on the edge connectors for the A85 cards.

There are three such cards installed in the plant computer for this unit. Two cards are used in the plant computer for Calvert Cliffs Unit II (Docket No. 05000318).

To prevent occurrence of a similar event, the connectors in use in the same application in that Unit have been soldered, as well.
