I.
Seabrook Procedural Order Involvina Pleadinas and Schedules for Filinas with the Commission The Commission, by a 3-0 vote, approved a procedural order setting forth schedules for filings of pleadings with the Commission in the Seabrook proceeding.
The order indicated that the: Commission had decided that it rather than the Appaal Board would consider all applications for 'tay of the Licensing Board's authorization of full power operation for Seabrook Unit 1.
Accordingly, any party seeking to stay the effectiveness of LBP-89-32 should file such request with the Commission.
Although the Appeal Board on November 14, 1989, set forth a schedule for future filings on the intervenors' November 13, 1989, motion to vacate, that motion will be decided by the commission.
The Commission also adopted the essential features of the November 14 Appeal Board schedule for responding to that motion as well as any other applications for stay of LBP-89-32 which may be filed.
Commissioner Curtiss abstained in this action.
