- Hampshire Yankee (NHY) Division of Public Service of New Hampshire (PSNH) (Seabrook), the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League, the New England Coalition I,
on Nuclear Pollution,'and the NRC staff on the readiness of tne 1
Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1 to operate at full power.

to Chairman Carr's questions.)
Chairman Carr thanked the participants and indicated that he expected that the Commission would conclude its immediate effectiveness review and reach a decision on the pending adjudicatory matters within two to three weeks.
