. COMES NOW the undersigned Intervenor, Pro Se, and in representation of Members of Citizens for the Conservation of Natural Resources, Inc. ( CCNR ) and respect-fully states and prays :

. l .- That on September 7th,1980, the under:;igned Intervenor will depart to Baltimore, Maryland to undergo an operation which for medical reasons con no longer be postponed. The undersigned expects to be bcck to Puerto Rico by September 22, 1980.
