Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter of November 11, 1977 in resoonse to our

letter and Notice of Violation dated October 20, 1977. We have

reviewed your response in regard to Infractions 1.a and 1.b and we
continue to view these matters as items of noncompliance. We have
no questions, however, regarding your indicated corrective action
for these items, and we acknowledge your comitment to provide
= additional iaformation on Infraction 1.b by February 1,1978.
We find that additional infonnation is needed relative to Infraction

Specifically, we request that you indicate the action which has
been taken to prevent recurrence of this item.

We have no further questions regarding Infraction 1.d.
In our letter of October 20, we requested that you respond to the
deviation identified in paragraph 3 of the inspection report. Your
November 11 letter did not address this' deviation.
It is our under-
standing, based on a conversation on November 15 between your Mr.
Alexander and Mr. J.. E. Gagliardo of this office, that your failure
to respond to the deviation was an oversight, and that you do plan to

submit a response to the deviation.
You are requested to submit to

this office within 10 days, a written statement including the information
requested in our October 20 letter in regard to the identified deviation.
