Pursuant to Section 2. 742 of the Commission's Rules of Practice, the City of Cleveland requests the Applicants to make the following admis-sions:

City Document 52363 (copy attached)

1. That the document was prepared in the normal course of .

3. That a copy was retained in the files of Duquesne Light Company.
4. That the " letters" referred to therein are copies of Mr. Arthur's letter of December 10, 1973 to Mayor Ralph Perk. -
5. That Mr. Williams of CEI was in fact notified by telephone.

6. That the contents of Mr. Arthur's letter of December 10, 1973 was read to Mr. Williams during the telephone call referred to in the document.

1. That DJ-186 was typed by CEL
2. That DJ-186 consists of the letter read to Mr. Harold Williams during the telephone conversation referred to in City Document 52363.

City Document 12285-12286 (copy attached)

1. Is an authentic copy of a business record of each of the Appli-cants.
2. That a copy of the document is found in the files of each of the Applicants.
3. That Ohio Edison Company, Pennsylvania Power Company and Duquesne Light Company were in fact withholding their consent to a draft participation agreement to be offered to the City of Cleveland.
4. That the offered participation agreement would be withdrawn unless Ohio Edison, Pennsylvania Power Company and Duquesne Light Company gave their consent to the offer of participation.
5. That the document was prepared between May 28,1974 and June 7,1974.
6. That the document was prepared by Donald H. Hauser.
