Our letter of January k,1973, notified you of a situation which could be considered reportable under 10 CFR Part 50.55(e)(1)(1), " Conditions of Construction Per=its."
This situation involved incomplete documen-tation in the veld filler material records for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station steam generators, t( j)
In accordance with the above letter and 10 CFR Part 50.55(e)(3), Report BAW-lh02, " Investigation of Steam Generator Weld Records," dated Janu-ary 1973, was submitted to the Atomic Energy Commission by Babcock &
Wilcox (Davis-Besse Nuclear Steam Supply System supplier) during a meeting on this subject in Bethesda, Maryland, on Tuesday, January 30, 1973.
