SUBJECT:
STATEMENT OF WORK FOR CONSEQUENCES OF SABOTAGE AT NONPOWER REACTORS This refers to y armorandum to you dated August 27, 1984, which submitted a Statement of Work ($0W) for consequences of sabotage at nonpower reactors.
The memorandum requested that 93K be couaitted for this projkct concurrent with the transmittal of the 50W to Los Alamos National 1.aboratory. The i
93K was primarily computed on tasks which were developed prior to NRR's policy review of the 50W. As a result of their review, an additional task has been added which will detamine the effects of an " insider' threat at certain nonpower reactors. Accordingly, and if available, we request that an addi-l tional 70K be added and committed in 1984.
