ENCLOSURE 1 COLD SHUTDOWN DEFINITION Where the words Mode 5 appear in the notes to enclosure 2 the following definition for cold shutdown testing applies.

For unplanned 3r forced outages, testing will comence as soon as cold shutdown (Mode 5) is achieved but not later than 48 hours5.555556e-4 days <br />0.0133 hours <br />7.936508e-5 weeks <br />1.8264e-5 months <br /> after cold shutdown (Mode 5) is achieved. Completion of all valve testing is not a prerequisite to startup. Any testing not completed at one cold shut-down will be perfomed during subsequent cold shutdowns (excluding re-fuelings) to meet as close as practical the specified Section XI test-ing frequency.

For planned outages where all required testing can be completed, excep-tion to the above start time may be taken. However, all testing must be completed consistent with Section XI requirements prior to startup.
