Under separate cover, we are transmitting three (3) original and forty (40) conformed copies of an application for Amendment to Facility Oper-ating License No. NPF-3 for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1, (DB-1).
This application requests a modification to Appendix B of the DB-1 Te;h-nical Specifications.
The proposed change includes elimination of Sec-tions 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.1, 4.0, 5.4.1, part A and changes to Table of Contents, List of Figures, List of Tabics and Section 1.0.
This amendment request involves one change of the Class III type.
Enclosed is a check for S4,000.00 as required by 10CFR170.
