Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Q In Mr. Lenahan's inspection reports referenced above, he identified a deficiency entitled " Sampling and Testing of Concrete Aggregate" and requested a report be filed within twenty (20) days of receipt of these reports.
Duke Power Company's interim response is as follows:
1)
The subject samples have been taken and a Nonconforming Item Report (NCI) written to document and resolve the problem.
2)
A formal, computerized " Tickler" system has been implemented to prevent reoccurrence.
i 3)
The sample results will be obtained and the NCI resolved by February 15, 1980 at which time Duke will file a final report.
