In accordance with the commitment in the Trojan Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) Section 4.2.1.4.3 regarding Nuclear Fuel Inspection, the following activities are expected to take place between April 26 and 1

May 5, 1980 during the forthcoming Trojan end of Cycle 2 refueling outage:

1.

A TV visual fuel examination of five Region C, five Region D and five Region B fuel assemblies.

2.

A TV rod bow fuel examination of three Region C and j

three Region B fuel assemblies.

3.

A crud sampling examination of four Region C, two Region D and five Region B fuel assemblies.

4.

A binocular fuel. examination of at least 40 Region B or C fuel assemblies.

5.

As time permits, an optional TV visual fut 1 examina-tion of 12 or more additional Region C or 1 fuel assemblies.
