A loose terminal connection on terminal 21 of the coil nower rrocrammer was discovered. This tenninal is on the neutral wirinc frcn the CEDM coils.

There was evidence of heating on the lug indicating it had been loose for some tine, probably since oricinal installation. The connection was tightened and CEA returned to service. This tentinal connection was checked tight en all the other coil power programmers. A PM exists to randomly check all termina' blocks and connector on these units.
