SUBJECT:

Rasmussen Study - WASH-1400 In the preparation of new and revised procedures, for the conduct of the MC 2513 Light Water Reactor Inspection Program, the considerations of the potential risk assessments evaluated in the WASH-1400 study were incorporated.

Systems that showed high potential accident risk (Containment Spray, ECCS and RPS) were rearranged in the 'iC 2513 matrices for BWRs and PWRs to insure preoperational testing.
