STAFF VIEWS ON RESULTS OF SURVEY OF USES OF WASH-1400 Enclosed are additional responses to my request
'n' staff comments on the " Survey of Uses of WASH-1400' (Enclosure J to SECY-78-637).
It includes:
- Additional comments from one individual in RES on the above subject plus comments on the " Unresolved Safety Issues -
Annual Report to Congress".

- One response from IE personnel.
(Enclosure 2)
One response from ELD plus supplemental information.
(Enclosure 3)
OSP and IE have indicated the survey is continuing. The other offices who conducted the survey responded with no comments.
I will forward any additional results when and if received.
