My letter to you dated December 22, 1978, advised that your December 1, 1978 application for amendment to Facility License No. :;PF-5 for Hatch 2 requires a Class III amendment fee of $4,000 pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
The application requested changes to the facility Technical Specifications relating to establishing and reporting differential settlement values for Class I structures. To date we have not received the requested fee.
The fee should be fontarded to this office within fifteen (15) days after your receipt of this letter.
