In addition, Panel C47C9 was operabic and could alarm locally in RACA (radiation access control area).

Corrective Action

Under Work Request IC-013-01-79, at 1547 hours0.0179 days <br />0.43 hours <br />0.00256 weeks <br />5.886335e-4 months <br /> on January 5, 1979, Panel C4705 was reset, clearing F-018 and removing the unit from the Action Statement of Technical Specification 3.3.3.8.a.

A note was also affixed to Panel C4706 stating that Panel C4705 must also be reset af ter Panel C4706 is reset to clear alarms.

In addition, ST 5016.03 has been modified to identify Technical Speci-fication alarms and add a lamp test.
