EVENT DESCRIPTION AND PROBABLE CONSEQUENCES h o 2 lAt 1125 on 2/22/79, an Assistant Plant Operator discovered that the BlF sequencer was o 3 lin the test mode thereby rendering the 1-2A D/G inoperable. (The BlF sequencer had l o 4 lbeen tested satisfactorily on 2/21/79.) The 1B D/G was out of service for preventativq o 3 lmaintenanfe. Therefore, both ' sets o f D/G required by Tech. Spec. 3.8.1. lb were not l o s lavailable. Tech. Spec. 3.3.1.ld action statement requirements were met. 4he 1-2A l o 7 l D/G and 1B D/G were returned to an operable status at 1200 and 2212 respectively on l ais l2/22/79. The health and safety of the general public were not affected. [
