Repairs were accomplished and the surveillance test was repeated satisfactorily. Unit I was taken out of action statement 3.6.1.3.b at 1715.

This is a non-repetitive event.

CAUSE DESCRIPTION AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

(CONTINUED) sealing properly. No further corrective action is planned at this time since the frequency of surveillance testing is designed to detect these problems and allow correction in a timely manner.
