DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED T(SMMONY CONCERNING A REPORT BY THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSNN ON TMI, 3:30 P.M., FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 2,1979 COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, D. C. OFFICE (CLOSED TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE - EXEMPTION 93)
The Comnission* discussed the staff's November 2,1979 analysis of the Report of the President's Commission on the Accident at Three Mile Island, and requested the preparation of a preliminary summary of NRC actions completed, in progress or planned that would be included in NRC's initial (OPE /0GC/NRR/IE/MPA) response to the subject Report.
(Subsequently, by memorandum dated November 8,1979, the Acting Director of OPE forwarded a draft text of NRC's initial response to the Kemeny Recort in the context of a proposed response to the Director of the Office of Science & Technology's Novenber 6,1979 request).
-Commissioner Kennedy was not in attencance.
