THURSDAY, OCTGBER 25,197, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, D. C. OFFICE (CLOSED TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE-EXEMPTION 10)
The Comission* continued its discussion of Tuesday, October 23,1979 on enforcement actions regarding Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2, and approved, by a vote of 3-1**, the actior, outlined by the Director, Inspection & Enforcement, in his October 25 craft letter to Metropolitan Edison Co., as revised by the editorial changes discussed at the meeting and by the deletion of item 12 in Appendix A of the draft letter.
In addition, the Commission was evenly *** diviced on the question of revocation of the operating license for Three Mile Island Unit No. 2.
In taking this action, the Commission requested that the editorial changes be incorporated into a final draft, and forsarded for their review.
