Hatch Baxley, Georgia 31513 Cause Description and Corrective Actions (continued) to a type of hanger more tolerable to misalignment for hangers E11-i'."9-97 and 111 and replace the clamp on RHRH-98, were implercented under Design Change Request 1-78-155 and Tlaintenance Request 1-78-2571. The work was completed 8-9-79.
