Performed inscection of sone control room operations during each shift.

Reviewed administrative controls to assure proper return to service following maintenance activities.

Controls appear to be adequate.

Re'ciewed the revised emergency procedure for loss of coolant / pressure, c.

EP-106.

Procedure appears adequate in regard to licensee's commitnents in response to IEB-79-05A.

STATUS OF INSPECTOR DISCUSSIONS WITH PLAST PERSONNEL:

All available shif t personnel have been briefed, b.

Verified shift personnel have reviewed revised emergency procedures.

4 DESCRIPTION OF CENERAL PLANT STATUS (i.e., operating power level, planned changes, scheduled outages, ESF out of servike, major maintenance, reportable occurrences, etc.)

There is no major equipment out of service.

Refuel outage to begin 4/24/79.
