SUBJECT:
Ji/TMI SPECIAL INVESTIGATION GROUP REQUEST FOR INFORMATION CONCERNING TMI-2 ACTIVITIES Attached is a memorandum from R. C. DeYoung, Deputy Interim Director, NRC/TMI Special Investigation Group, to an Attached List requesting information on staff activities relating to the TMI-2 accident.
It should be noted that individuals who have responded to the EDO request of April 13, 1979 need not respond again.
If work related to TMI-2 has been perfomed by you or by a contractor at your request after April 13, 1979, please make note of it.
Please forward all input to this request to me by C.0.B. June 13, 1979 so that a single package of RES responses can be sent to the NRC/TMI Special Investigation Graup.
The list attached to Mr. DeYoung's memo includes names of personnel wno have contributed time to the TMI effort.
