On Saturday, March 31, 1979, I worked as a receptionist during the midnight to 8:00 a.m. shift at the Incident Response Center at the E/W Towers Bldg.

in Bethesda.

It was necessary to dispatch calls quickly and correctly from various callers who most of the time only new the subject of their call, not the person to whom they needed to speak to.
