I participated with three other members of PAS in response to questions raised by M. Taylor at the ihree Mile Island site regarding systems operations and backup / contingency evaluations.
These included, among others:

What to do if the primary pump (s) fail?
2.
What if the auxiliary feedwater system fails?
3.
What if we lose pressurizer relief capability?
4.
What actions should be taken if containment cooling or hydrogen control systems are inoperable?
5.
What considerations should be made in implementing shutdown cooling (RHR)?
Information regarding these items was provided to M. Taylor /J. Murphy at the site.
