DELAWARE'S CORRECTIONS OF. TRANSCRIPT In response to the Board's directive for transcript corrections, I have reviewed pages 1585 - 1604 wherein appears Delaware's cross-examination of Staff. I ignored phoenetics, plurals and other minor.errors that are not misleading.* Following are my corrections:
- p. 1593, line 22, insert "ask" between "to" and "if"
- p. 1595~ line 21, replace 11
? was" with'bthers were"
- p. 1595, line 25, I believe the last sentence should contain a negative.
- p. 1601, line 12, change "actuary" to 11 estuary"
- p. 1602, line 19, insert*"dredge disposal spoils" between 11 consider" and "in"
- p. 1603, line 7, change to "The land based site is an estuary site in that *."
- p. 1603, line 16, change "soon" to "assumed"; "asstuary" to "estuary."
- I will not be able to review other portions of the transcript.
