RAS 5051 DOCKETED 12/06/02 December 6, 2002 MEMORANDUM TO: Recipients of letter from Annette L. Vietti-Cook To Norm Cohen regarding Directors Decision DD-02-03, dated December 4, 2002
SUBJECT:
REVISION TO LETTER Please replace the letter previously sent from NRC Secretary Annette L. Vietti-Cook to Mr. Norm Cohen with the enclosed letter from Acting Secretary J. Samuel Walker. The original letter informing Mr. Cohen that the Commission desired not to take review of Directors Decision DD-02-03 did not include the Oyster Creek Facility in the reference section of the letter. This was a drafting oversight.
